Registration

• Registration fees are not including VAT. The VAT rate is 18%.
• Registration fee includes participation in scientific activities, name badge, name badge program, participation certificate and congress bag.
• Topkon Tourism and Event Services reserves the right to reflect the possible changes in the amounts of taxes to the prices.
• Registration is mandatory for speakers, specialists, assistants and company representatives for congress general areas and participation in scientific meetings.
• Final registration becomes final with payment; registration fees must be deposited into the congress account and the payment document must be sent to the congress organization secretariat via e-mail.
• In order to benefit from the reduced registration fees, the registration fees must be deposited into the congress account before June 10, 2023 and the payment document must be sent to the congress organization secretariat via e-mail.

Accommodation

• Accommodation prices, September 21, 2023 c-in - September 24, 2023 c-out, 3 night package prices and September 22, 2023 c-in - September 24, 2023 c-out, 2 night package prices accommodation fees include room and open buffet breakfast.
• Accommodation prices are not including VAT. 8% VAT will be added.
• Accommodation prices include 2% accommodation tax.
• Final accommodation issue is finalized with payment; accommodation fees must be deposited into the congress account and the payment document must be sent to the congress organization secretariat via e-mail.
• In order to benefit from the discounted accommodation fees, the registration fees must be deposited into the congress account before June 10, 2023 and the payment document must be sent to the congress organization secretariat via e-mail.
• Topkon Tourism and Event Services reserves the right to reflect the possible changes in the amounts of taxes to the prices.

Transfer Information

• Airport transfer roundtrip will be available for the congress participants between Adana Airport and the congress hotel.
• Transfer prices are not including VAT. 18% VAT will be added.
• The distance between congress hotel and the airport is 5 km and it takes about 20 minutes by car.
• Transfer requests must be submitted to the congress organization in writing.

Cancellation Conditions

• All refunds will be valid if Topkon Tourism is notified in writing.
• Registration and accommodation fees 50% of the payments will be refunded for cancellations made before July 1, 2023.
• All refunds will be made after the end of the congress.
